Function Overview

JLL Technologies Public Institutions(JLLT PI) is currently seeking a talented and experienced Federal Sales Executive. This individual will sell to a named list of Civilian and/or DOD/IC agencies and will report to the Head of Federal Sales within our expanding Public Institutions division. The Federal Sales Executive will need a strong background in managing sales activity, with a proven track record in attaining sales goals in the Public Sector. The position is a challenging, dynamic, and highly rewarding opportunity in a newly formed organization. This role will be as an individual performer on a rapidly growing team. Federal Sales Executive

This Sales Executive exhibits a deep understanding of U.S. Federal Government Agencies and current technology needs and has a strong background in navigating lengthy, complex, sales cycles from start to finish. This individual must be comfortable discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers and collaborating with internal resources within the larger JLL organization, and externally across customer and partner ecosystems. Experience selling CRE, IWMS, EAM, CMMS, or other related enterprise software solutions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple existing and target U.S. Federal accounts
Drive sales strategy and work with product teams to attain sales quotas
Identify key stakeholders and opportunities
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
Identify opportunities and direct product teams to fully support customer goals
Manage sales performance to meet and exceed target sales goals
Oversee accurate pipeline management
Develop territories with exponential growth potential
Establish and develop strong partner relationships within the region
Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
Travel within region required

Technical Requirements

College Diploma/University Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of successful sales experience in the technology field
5+ years of hands-on experience in Federal Sales and Business Development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to large groups
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce
Must live in a major metropolitan area in the eastern US (Mid Atlantic area is preferred)
