Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for a strong, highly experienced Cabin Server, On Demand for our full-service FBO at Van Nuys airport and future FBO network (KVNY). Position Summary

This position is responsible to provide the highest quality of service and amenities to all CLA clientele, to include internal events and projects.

Responsibilities
Create new opportunities by developing relationships with customers, tenants, the airport authority, local government and the community.
Provide cabin service on various aircraft to accommodate the Clay Lacy flight schedule.
Prepare aircraft with amenities, catering and special requests. Ensure all amenities are fresh; aircraft is clean, and ready for departure. Report any interior blemishes to PIC and InFlight Service Managers.
Provide trip information via automated InFlight Survey upon flight completion.
Actively maintain communication with IFS Management.`
Shop for necessary items, rotate and organize all amenities, prepare flower arrangements, fruit baskets and all boarding snacks/baskets.
Assist in keeping all storage areas including aircraft lockers and cages organized and clean.
Review policies and procedures
Submit trip paperwork in appropriate time frame.
Inventory aircraft as needed.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Emergency training certificate completed within the past 12 months to include the following:
FACTS or Flight Safety
CPR/ First Aid
Pre-employment drug screening.
Valid passport.
Signing of Cabin Server Manual signature page following CLA Indoctrination training.
Requirements
Must have and maintain a valid Drivers License, restricted licenses are not valid for employment at Clay Lacy Aviation.
Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
Must be available to be on call unless on a hard scheduled day off.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Requirements
Pre-employment drug screening and background check
7-plus years Corporate jet experience
Minimum 5 years of large-scale Corporate Jet experience
Must have and maintain a valid California Drivers License along with a reliable vehicle. Restricted licenses are NOT acceptable for employment at Clay Lacy.
Available to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable with working outdoors, day, night, and in all weather conditions.
Discretion of confidential information.

Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Suites
Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks.
