Recipe for Success – What’s “in store” for the role
In support of eCommerce USLT+1, this team is responsible for:
Partner with brand teams on the tracking and reporting of eCommerce Sales and Profit by channel (PFS, CF, Instacart)
Work with PDL and brands on eCommerce budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure alignment and consistency
Profitability reporting (e.g., pick from store performance)
Capacity utilization
Initiative performance tracking against targets
Analytics and delivery of insights to key customers & stakeholders incl. Hub, ADUSA and Brands
External reporting for eCommerce Finance
Facilitating setting savings targets across Commercial Hub & ensure savings targets are met through monitoring and reporting
eCommerce business case development and analysis
Weekly sales tracking and reporting

Ability to coordinate work with multiple partners
Excellent skills in financial analysis, planning and forecasting
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
9+ years of experience preferred in finance, accounting, or related field

Excellence of budgeting process for all eCommerce channels
Ability to translate strategic goals into tactical action plans and their respective financial impacts
Accuracy of P&L reporting and forecasting including use of systems and technology for increasing automation for reporting
Financial budgeting alignment with multiple stakeholders
Forecasting and financial analysis over short term and longer term horizons
Strong capabilities to collaborate across brands and influence key partners and stakeholders
Knowledge of the eCommerce industry trends and economic drivers
