What You Will Experience In This Position
Achieve Sales goals for CADDY in Southern California and Hawaii region by successfully converting new business, primarily from projects and new product sales
Actively lead sales agents, setting goals with territory strategy
Establish relationships across all levels of key end user customers and distributor partners
Provide expertise in use of products and coordinate training of key contractors
Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting our benefits and value propositions
Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets.
Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve solution set and refine message
Use Salesforce as a tool to manage opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or applicable experience in technical sales
5+ years outside sales or territory sales experience
Experience working with end user customers on projects
Strong preference for technical sales and value based selling skills
Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably salesforce.com
Ability to work from a remote home office and travel throughout southern CA and HI up to 60% of the time. Majority of travel will be same day
