We are looking for our next Team Member! This position is will have a work schedule of Monday through Friday with rotating weekends between the hours of 8:30-5:30 EST.

Position Summary

The Account Manager works within Jet Aviation Staffing’s temporary staffing division. This position will require a broad set of activities, including interviewing, assessing, and placing applicants for various temporary and/or temp to perm positions. This position will also require the management of all aspects of assigned accounts from trip fulfillment, crew management, document retention, payroll and expense oversight and frequent client visits. Proactively and effectively develops networks and pipelines of potential candidates and recruits strategic hires as quickly and economically as possible by performing the following duties:

Main Responsibilities

Actively source and assess candidates by cold calling and through other sources and determine if they may be viable for current/future positions utilizing screening and interview techniques
Facilitate onboarding process for candidates into Jet Professionals proprietary database
Ensure all candidates and/or new hire paperwork has been completed and on file
Review background and reference information to make a hiring recommendation
Maintain a clear understanding of all FAA and FAR regulations as they relate to candidate skill set
Trip fulfillment in proprietary database
Assist with writing and advertising job postings to appropriate industry websites/job boards
Assist with organizing groups of crewmembers by aircraft and location for various clients
Support sales efforts, assist with contract negotiations and applicable data
Build networks and relationships with schools, associations, companies, etc. to proactively address recruitment needs. Attend local meetings, networking opportunities, etc.
Ensure expenses are submitted accurately and timely by contact crewmembers as needed
Enter trips and job searches into database on a daily basis, as needed
Maintain key customer accounts as assigned by assuring trip fulfillment is successful, managing crew activities, payroll and expense oversight
Visit key customer accounts in order to maintain an excellent working relationship
Attend and participate in trade show events and or association events
Host open houses at select facilities in the U.S. market on an annual basis
Provide management with weekly reporting on trip fulfillment and client requirements
Provide guidance on trend analysis in supplemental marketplace

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of 5-7 years of corporate recruitment in the aviation industry
Experience working in a staffing firm or talent acquisition department preferred.
Must have strong customer service skills
Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
Must be able to work under tight deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace.
