Essential Functions:
Monitor and evaluate the existing route network and recommend capacity and/or schedule adjustments to maximize the financial performance of the entire network.
Assist in evaluating and forecasting potential new routes.
Gather, analyze, and report on intelligence to our internal stakeholders on capacity, revenue, competition, and other financial performance indicators in a way that is easy to consume.
Use interpersonal skills and knowledge of planning to define, review, revise and implement capacity and route plans.
Complete other ad hoc tasks as assigned including but not limited to reporting, flight projections, media support, building presentations, etc.
Maintain a focus on maintaining lowest costs possible in every aspect of our business.

Other Functions:
Communicate with our airport partners and/or consultants on matters related to service level changes and gathering of market intelligence to feed internal decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, computer studies or related aviation field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of two (2) years of airline experience in a revenue related field (Revenue management, marketing, planning, etc.)
Experience with airline data intelligence tools like Diio, OAG, ADI, etc. a plus
Experience with Sabre Schedule Manager or competing products a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Basic understanding of airline economics, competitive environment, capacity planning processes, airline fleets, macroeconomic trends, etc.
Excellent analytical skills
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Microsoft Excel proficiency required; SQL and/or Python proficiency a plus
Strategically minded with the ability to see the big picture and align work to company-wide strategies
Ability to work well with and speak to all levels of leadership regarding route planning issues
Understanding of the ULCC airline business model preferred
Possess a drive for continuous improvement and a willingness to constantly innovate
Able to work in ambiguity with little direction and a self-starter
Strong time management capabilities
Limited travel required for industry meetings/conferences, vendor meetings, and market familiarization trips
