Key Responsibilities

  • REMOTE ROLE-with up to 50% travel

The Calibrate Program Senior Manager of Partner Strategy supports the Calibrate Program Director by owning the external partner strategy including DEI goals, partner identification, acquisition, expansion, and management for local, regional, and national partnerships.

  • Will define overall partner strategy and will own a portfolio of work around developing, implementing, and improving the various programs, policies, and partnerships necessary to expand United’s Technician pool
  • Maintains strong relationships with existing partners including measurement against agreed collaboration and seeks to align interests that are mutually beneficial for the partner and United
  • Researches and helps integrate into Calibrate external partner-related opportunities to market Calibrate, including speaking at Tech Ops & industry-related conferences
  • Leads team of staff, focused individually on the Military, Elementary/Middle/High Schools, Technical Schools, Colleges and Universities
  • Define and execute local & national partnership strategies with superior tactical and strategic vision
  • Recruit, onboard and mature partnerships that attract top talent from around the country while creating and sustaining a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment that respects and accommodates every employee
  • Build, develop and oversee high performing team of goal-focused individuals with specialized expertise and complementary skills who collaborate, innovate and produce consistently superior results
  • Manage partner-related reporting & financial relationships (i.e., grants)
  • Understand and integrate macro-economic & demographic data & analysis into planning and execution

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Business and/or Airline Operations concentration
  • 4+ years of experience in Airline Program Management
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant license
  • Previous experience leading communications for complex programs
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and oral communications
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate effective storytelling
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
