Hydraulics International, Inc (HII) is looking for an energetic and friendly Sales Account Manager Assistant to join our Sales team.
Key Performance Deliverables:
Provide service support to Customers
Proactively make periodic calls to customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products and services
Review, process, and record orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through customer personal contact
Interface with customers daily regarding routine requests and/ or issues
Ensure all customers and internal departments are served with a responsive and satisfactory communication
Manage Made 2 Manage and Excel reports
Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems and coordinate with internal team to resolve delivery issues
Coordinate review of terms and conditions with Quality Manager and Program Manager
Prepare and administer compliance and deliverables matrix for purchase orders
Manage and track program compliance to LTA and purchase order requirements including forecast maintenance
Prepare RMA claims for customer in accordance with Quality procedures
Responsible for Purchase Order review, order entry, Sales Order creation, oversight and backlog, aging past due receivables and sales forecasts
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Min. High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred; with 1+ years’ experience in Aerospace/federal/government subcontract industry or related
2+ years prior experience in Sales Customer Service preferred
Good working knowledge of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) and experience in Government Contract Review or Related Field is preferred
