Broker Jobs in USA | PreIPO.com Career

PreIPO Corporation (PreIPO.com) works with investors, issuers, financial institutions, corporations, and broker-dealers to streamline and enable the purchase of private market securities through our disruptive platform, expansive global network, and proprietary technology stack. By providing an AI-based diligence tool for evaluating opportunities, a SaaS piece for organizational needs, as well as an exchange, the PreIPO platform supports investors and issuers seeking to raise or deploy capital via primary and secondary market offerings.

Historically, our members have gained access to private shares of companies such as Airbnb, SpaceX, SoFi, Palantir Technologies, and other blockbuster companies long before they are offered to the public, opening the door to participate in early rounds of funding and massive growth.

We are relentless in uncovering new opportunities and strive to help our end users achieve greater returns. Our deep knowledge and expertise stem primarily from personal experience building independent ventures over the past decade and advising and investing across various industries. We value evidence over opinion, and our team of intellectually curious overachievers works tirelessly to provide clear and effective solutions and strategies. As the PreIPO platform rapidly gains market traction, we are looking for a Licensed FINRA Broker to help mold and augment existing channels through their networks.
