Roles & Responsibilities

SALES

  • Achieve monthly sales target by selling technical security devices or ManTech solutions to new customers or existing customers through cross-selling.
  • Build strong ManTech Sales pipeline in the region thereby helping region achieve its ABP ManTech target.
  • Conduct site survey for prospective customers to assess their needs & design the ideal solution for their needs.
  • Prepare ManTech quotations for all hot leads & ensure clinching the deal through successful negotiation.
    Ensure the continuity of the site through proper Annual Maintenance Contract signing & execution.

 

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Identify, screen, negotiate for best rates & onboard local suppliers of technical security devices to meet the needs of the region.
Coordinate with vendors to create a strong supply chain of technical security devices to the region.

EXECUTION

  • Ensure smooth & timely execution of all ManTech orders of the region, whether clinched by self or other Sales team members.
  • Form a connecting link between customer & supplier (vendor) to meet the customer’s needs through the products of the vendor.

AFTER SALES SUPPORT

  • Check ManTech bills before submitting to customers with the help of Operations team and facilitate timely collection by ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.
  • Ensure that necessary supporting documents are attached along with the bills.
  • Ensure maintenance & after-sales service for ManTech orders of the region and get reference customers based on the quality of services provided.

SALES TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop the other salespeople in the region by training them to effectively survey, pitch, quote & sell ManTech solutions.
  • Keep himself updated with the newest trends in the technical security domain & disseminate this knowledge to other stakeholders in the region / company.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Deputy Regional Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches for our products and holding responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Make and implement effective direct sales strategies for IT/BFSI/Healthcare/Education Domain.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage the business and meet objectives.
  • Partner with the Manager – Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management.
  • Negotiate agreements and commercial & legal terms.

  • Preparing and presenting a clear and persuasive presentations to customers and negotiating to enhance profitability.
  • Meeting with top clients linked with the branch and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Representing the branch on meetings, taking care of escalated client concerns, and improving activities such as branch growth, profit, achievement of DSO, and disbandment control.

Job Description
  • Managing entire ERP project operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure optimum utilization of available resources.
  • Administration of ERP’s, like: User creation, authorization control, Approval, Object and user.
  • Documenting user requirements and developing specifications for customization.
  • Responsible to research for new updates of the ERP system in relation to the business domain and enhance the IT Infrastructure
  • Integrating with other modules, integration testing & extending Post Go live support, including training support to end-users.
  • Drafting functional requirements for ERP systems to represent the processes and functions involved.
  • Interacting with users and management by calling the meetings to provide the solution.
  • Ensure that any ERP integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications
  • Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting of the ERP system; install and configure patch and upgrades as required.
  • Provide training and support to end/Group users
