We’re REA
REA Group  is not your average digital business. From humble beginnings in a garage in Melbourne’s east in 1995, we have grown into a leading global digital business, specialising in property.

Where Financial Services fits in
For most Australians, buying property also means finding finance. Yet to date, the search for property and the search for finance have been managed separately. The Financial Services team is working to change this, and to make realestate.com.au the place Australians trust to search, find and finance property.
With our rich database of consumer information, intense focus on the property search experience, digital home loan capability, and our network of more than 1,000 Mortgage Choice brokers around the country, we are uniquely positioned to make finding the right finance part of finding the right home.
The journey to obtain property finance has many milestones – from researching as a consumer right through to becoming a client of a broker or lender. Pathways may start with a property or a finance first focus, but ultimately will always end with a lender – either directly or via a mortgage broker.
Our objective is to make it easy to find and finance property by building the #1 retail broker business and online marketplace by servicing each of these unique journeys and phases regardless of channel, to grow, nurture and convert into a customer.
