You will provide first/second level day-to-day operation support, which covers investigate and resolve incidents, to our global business across divisions within DHL.

Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees by troubleshooting and resolving issues in our Oracle Cloud HCM system when they arise.
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, Workflow, Reporting – OTBI, BIP).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. Implementation experience is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with an affinity for excellent customer service.
  • Track issues effectively using ITIL approved methodology (incidents, changes, requests and problems).
  • Coordination and communication within the team and business.

As an Associate Project Manager in Secure Public Cloud Services, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute projects delivering new Public Cloud services and technologies. You will be working with experts of the Cloud technology, Onboarding Consultants as well as Business Units colleagues. Here is what you will be doing:

  • Work with cross functional team to deliver technical or non-technical project requirements, deadlines and schedules Project Stakeholder Management and Meetings, ensuring all parties are informed on schedule and progress.
  • Manage cross collaboration initiatives in Secure Public Cloud Services team to achieve efficiency and seamless delivery.
