Regional Operations Manager, Trust & Safety, Compute

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in operations, Trust & Safety, policy, developer relations, account management, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD.
  • Experience running a scaled program serving thousands of developers/customers while managing relevant Key Performance Indicators.
  • Experience in crafting compelling narratives intended to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to c-level executives in the organization.
  • Experience in data analysis, problem solving, scaled operations, and efficient execution.
  • Knowledge of content moderation, DevOps, policy enforcement, customer or developer support or policy creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and resolution of Google Play policy related issues encountered by critical developers within the region.
  • Drive Trust & Safety and Google Play-wide policy launches and Trust and Safety initiatives in the region to ensure seamless developer adoption and a safe app experience.
  • Manage sensitive escalations, and drive operational improvement to mitigate the future risks, working with Play Partnerships, Policy, Ops, Engineering, and Product leadership.
  • Drive highly cross-functional projects collaborating with the global team. Represent your region to solicit stakeholder feedback for Google Play Policies and Operations.
  • Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and/or upsetting topics or content. Manage high priority escalations that may occur outside of standard non work hours including weekends/holidays as required.

Principal Measurement Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying client’s challenges to define customer and product strategy, enabling long-term opportunities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption, addressing needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Expertise in privacy-centric measurement products such as Enhanced Conversions (web and leads), Conversion Measurement, and Oracle Cloud Migration (OCI) Strategies.
  • Understanding of privacy-centric measurement concepts/products including Google Analytics 4, Google tag, Google Tag Manager, Sitewide Tagging, Consented Measurement, Server-Side Go-To-Market, and Customer Match.
  • Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders with engaging objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google products, engaged and third-party landscapes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the retail sector’s strategy for adopting privacy-preserving measurement solutions like Enhanced Conversions for Web, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, and Offline Conversion Imports (OCI).
  • Consult with clients on measurement implementations, provide expert guidance, and assist sales teams in developing customer road-maps and solutions in partnership with gTech.
  • Provide thought leadership, address advertiser challenges and industry trends, and influence product development through feedback and by driving Business Forecast Meeting (BFM) success. Establish a feedback loop with Product Go-to-Market teams, highlighting product successes and addressing any obstacles to adoption.
  • Drive achievement of key business metrics and provide updates on product performance to executive leadership.
  • Partner with key cross-functional teams to share best practices, develop training, and produce analyses that drive broader adoption of measurement solutions.

Administrative Business Partner III

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
