Job Summary:
What Youโll Do
โ Develop pipeline and asset management tools to meet immediate, show-directed production demands, ensuring facility-wide consistency as directed by show and technical supervisors. Help maintain a wide array of existing workflows and scripts.
โ Provide front-line production support across a wide range of disciplines, troubleshoot assets and shots, and help artists with general problem-solving. Monitor email requests, package up problems and redirect to the appropriate engineering team.
โ Test and validate tools and techniques in production. Work closely with engineering teams in testing and releasing new and modified software systems.
โ Act as an on-call resource for show production staff.
โ Work effectively with artists, production supervisors, and technical staff across ILM studios in San Francisco, Vancouver, Singapore, and London.
โ When not crewed to shows, serve on software teams working on projects that improve the efficiency of asset setup, caching, and shot-data handoff between artists across the entire pipeline.
โ Drive pipeline priorities in conjunction with show supervisors.
โ Work on tools of greatest complexity and sophistication, requiring the broadest knowledge of the larger pipeline and facility needs.
โ Assist other Pipeline TDs in providing front-line assistance for the most complex of end-user problems; guide engineering teams in debugging technical issues and eliminating root causes of problems.
โ Develop comprehensive knowledge of software and systems; drive the development and evolution of standards and conventions used in production.
โ Update documentation for the pipeline and tools to reflect any changes that are made.
What Weโre Looking For
โ Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining tools for use in a computer graphics environment.
โ At least 8 years production experience in visual effects for film, commercials or television.
โ Required Skills/Competencies
โ Proficiency in Linux
โ Advanced Python scripting required
โ Proficient in one or more of Maya, Nuke, Houdini, Mari, Katana, RenderMan or similar
โ Ability to communicate cross-discipline and provide innovative solutions to pipeline issues
โ Detail oriented and strong self-sufficient troubleshooter
โ Comprehensive knowledge of the entire visual effects process, from shooting to modeling and texturing, animation, rendering and compositing

As we grow ILM India, we are seeking a Management Accountant to be a member of our team and be a key part of this exciting opportunity. The Associate Accountant will provide support to the India Finance
team, playing a key role in ensuring expenditure and fixed assets are accurately recorded.
What Youโll Do
- Accounts Payable โ coding, reviewing, verification and processing invoices and payment runs in accordance with management approvals and controls, assist in closing AP module in Oracle after posting
- Fixed Assets – maintaining database including preparing of the monthly additions & disposals, running of depreciation, reconciling to the General Ledger, closing FA & CIP in Oracle and periodic review of physical inventories
- Oracle Financial Systemโ Implementation and ongoing support
- Expense claims – coding, reconciling and processing expense claims
- Credit Card Statements – coding, reconciling and processing monthly credit card statements and ensuring payment reconciliations
- GST/TAX reporting prepโassist in preparation of reports for GST/Tax reporting

- Review of monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations
