Consultant, Planner (Coca-Cola)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, warehouses, production and distribution sites. Share information on quality, delivery issues, and customer concerns to support timely resolution.
  • Order Management: Create and schedule internal, external, and international orders in SAP. Coordinate with warehouses and transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery. Prepare required customs invoices and documentation for international shipments.
  • Inventory & Allocation: Verify stock levels and package quantities with external warehouses. Allocate inventory in SAP based on age to reduce waste and meet Shelf-Life Expiration (SLE) requirements.
  • Returns & Credits: Validate inventory overages, shortages, and damages. Process debits/credits for loading errors, damaged materials, and transportation claims.
  • Product Lifecycle: Ensure materials are available for new product launches. Manage run-out plans for discontinued packaging and materials with production facilities.
  • Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical usage and apply demand planning tools. Communicate potential supply interruptions to production facilities.
  • Additional Support: Resolve Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) issues with Accounts Payable / Procure to Pay (AP/P2P) to ensure timely vendor payments. Cover for team members in purchase order creation, assist Research & Development (R&D) with ingredient orders, and provide cross-training support. Participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or data analytics
  • Proficiency in SAP and demand forecasting techniques
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and master data accuracy
  • Excellent communication abilities

Mission

As a Private Clients Relations Director Middle East, you will be responsible for the development and recruitment of the high-end clientele by establishing a VIC network and culture across the Middle East stores network.

Your main objective will be to maximize the profits related to the elite segment under the functional coordination of the Worldwide Private Clients Relations Director.

To accomplish your mission, you will act as a link among the stores and the CRM, Events and WW Private clients’ relations functions to promote clienteling initiatives and projects at the highest standards and compliant with the FENDI identity and DNA.

Job responsibilities

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Luxury Retail Company.
  • Experience and ability to be efficient whilst effective, in a fast paced, growing environment with frequent traveling.

  • Master’s in Occupational Psychology is preferred.
  • 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, demonstrating progressive experience in a people and organisational development role.
  • Meet practice requirements and standards of occupational psychology, such as the British Psychological Society or similar.
  • Extensive experience in applying psychological principles in organisational settings.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing organisational psychology strategies.
  • Experience in psychometric testing, assessment centres, and development centres.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills.
  • Consultancy experience with a focus on delivering planned and systematic outcomes.
