🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client accounts, and achieving sales goals within the food and beverage ingredients market.

Your primary responsibilities include:

✅ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients in the food & beverage manufacturing sector.
✅ Identify and target potential customers, conducting research to expand the client base.
✅ Provide technical and professional advice to customers regarding product applications and benefits.
✅ Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information.
✅ Work closely with customers to accurately forecast inventory needs, ensuring smooth order flow and fast-moving stock.
✅ Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closing.
✅ Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
✅ Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive professional with a deep understanding of food ingredients and sales.

🔹 Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Food Technology.

🔹 Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Food & Beverage Ingredients, Flavors, or Additives.

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

🔹 Skills & Attributes:

• Strong knowledge of F&B ingredient applications and formulations.

• Excellent market analysis and customer relationship skills.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-centric, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.

🔹 Other Requirements:

• Must have a valid UAE Driving License and own car.

• Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

• Able to work under pressure and deliver results consistently.
