Job Description

The Quotit Sales Technology Consultant I is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our Enterprise customers. Manages small system enhancement requests for clients, acting as liaison to all internal departments as well as client contacts. Works collaboratively with all internal resources to address the needs of the portfolio’s key contacts, and works well together with both internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitates communications between clients and internal stakeholders
  • Serves as first point of contact for service disruption, and works with IT to provide root cause analysis
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory branches (HIPAA, WBE CMS, state and local)
  • Ensures that all Performance Standards and Guarantees are achieved as documented
  • Conducts quarterly meetings with clients to understand their business model and product roadmap
  • Conveys client requirements for small enhancement projects to internal resources
  • Analyzes performance measurement reports, identifies and resolves issues
  • Provides performance reports and customer satisfaction surveys
  • Tracks client interactions and incidents
  • Advises clients of any service disruptions; sharing information related to root cause and recovery time

Job Description

This job is responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling moderately complex claims involving the contents of a homeowner loss such as a fire, water, or theft. The individual handles claims that typically require alternative housing during the restoration of the property. The individual handles claims virtually by leveraging technology tools and virtual resources to conduct a thorough analysis and evaluates damages, determines loss coverage, and authorizes payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Summarizes documents and enters into claim systems notes, documents a claim file with notes, evaluations and decision-making process

• Researches and responds to moderately complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues

• Notifies insured of exposure over the policy limit, organizes and reconciles bills, virtually inspects and estimates contents damage in a dwelling

• Investigates, reviews, determines and verifies coverage/policy information, provides coverage explanation to customer

• Conducts subrogation investigations

Education:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

A Day in the Life of a Property Good Hands Repair Network Inside Technician:

The Property Good Hands Repair Network Inside Technician, analyzes, and processes mitigation invoices for payment to ensure accurate payment amount. The individual delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair and easy to ensure customer retention. The individual works independently, prioritizing the individual’s own responsibilities, and managing the individual’s own workload. The individual also consistently meets job level behaviors, production, quality, and/or customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uses technical skills experience to ensure invoices reviewed are timely and proper
  • Researches and responds to moderately complex and occasionally complex customer/vendor communications, concerns, conflicts or issues

Training – Develop and Deliver

  • Advises management on coaching and mentoring opportunities Assists in assessing unit needs for training and development May lead or facilitate formal training for adjusters, processors or vendors
  • Analyzes mitigation bills to assess appropriateness of charges and detect duplicate billings
  • Reinspects or reviews vendor mitigation estimates, makes corrections and mitigation recommendations and determines correct settlement amounts
  • Analyzes usage of mitigation vendors and identifies ways to improve usage and vendor partnerships

Vendor Management

  • Develops, manages and audits relationships with vendors in the Allstate preferred vendor network
  • File Documentation and Reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years property estimating experience (preferably within Xactimate)
  • 1+ years experience with Xactanalysis preferred
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal or external customers and act with empathy
  • Applies general and occasionally broad knowledge of insurance policy, coverage, and regulation
  • Applies general and occasionally broad knowledge of claim processes, policies, procedures, claim systems, coverage, liability, damage estimating, and/or settlement, and adherence to applicable legal compliance standards
  • Applies general and occasionally broad industry knowledge to discipline practices, including best practices, to support the business unit
  • Applies general and occasionally broad knowledge of analytical procedures to reconcile, manipulate, and recognize patterns of data
  • Applies general and occasionally broad knowledge of problem solving and preparation of reports for analysis
  • Applies general and occasionally broad ability to leverage learned technical skills in support of team objectives
  • Applies general and occasionally broad negotiation and/or arbitration skills
