Position Summary
This role is fully remote. Work schedules will be in the following time zones: EST, PST or CST
- Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and plan sponsors. Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff. Provide excellent customer services for high volume in bound provider calls for the Claims Inquiry/Claims Research team. Extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions
- Provides the customer with related information to answer the unasked questions, e.g. additional plan details, benefit plan details, member self-service tools, etc. Uses customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions to resolve member issues. Explains member’s rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract.
- Processes claim referrals, new claim handoffs, nurse reviews, complaints (member/provider), grievance and appeals (member/provider) via target system .
- Educates & assists providers on our self-service options. Assists providers with credentialing and re-credentialing and contracting questions and issues.
- Assists in compiling claim data for customer audits. Determines medical necessity, applicable coverage provisions and verifies member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence and internal referrals.
- Work Hours 7am to 7pm local time
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Teams, Excel
- Ability to maneuver through multiple applications to gather information while on a call
- Experience in highly transactional call center environment
- Excellent customer service and critical thinking
- Must secure high speed internet access (100 mbps or higher) and consistent, stable connection. A speed test will be required to proceed with an interview.
- Work location must be set up with a direct connection to the router (NOT Wi-Fi). We provide a 6 ½ foot long ethernet cord, if the distance is further, you will be required to provide your own ethernet cable.

As an Order Selector, you will:
- Compiles store orders from a tablet or pick ticket to include item locations, descriptions and quantity needed.
- Gathers the needed pieces of merchandise to ensure proper placement into totes or boxes.
- Loads totes or boxes of merchandise that can be up to 30-50 pounds to ensure safe lifting techniques.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines.
- Performs general housekeeping to ensure working area and aisles are clear of debris.
- Follows routine assignments that require some problem resolution for the distribution function.
- Matches daily tasks with company-defined standard operating procedures and scientific methods to ensure best practices.
- Enters the data for ins and outs to ensure tasks related to picking and packaging are completed.
- Cross train in other warehouse responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to lift 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally as a team lift.
- Able to work overtime.
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills.

Retail Store Management Internship- Charlotte
As an intern, you will get hands-on experience managing a retail team, working directly with customers, and gaining valuable insights into daily operations. Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
Preferred QualificationsÂ
1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced work environment such as food service, customer service, hospitality etc.
Candidates with previous leadership experience interested in a potential career in retail management.
