Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Stock material from drop zones (including KB) to locations on cell and to overflow POU locations
Pick material for spare orders
Issue POU/KB materials to all production orders
Monitor inventory levels and re-stock as needed from overflow POU to line stock locations
Distribute production order kits to stations as needed
Maintain inventory accuracy within the line and work with Inventory Control & PDA for inventory adjustments
Measure and maintain dimensions of materials within SAP
Maintain/update bin locations within SAP
Communicate material space constraints to planning/purchasing and any SAP settings affected
Process urgent material requests as needed
Work with planning on urgent needs of materials & update shortage report
Update status boards as required
Create blue bins & POU materials for the production line as required
Review batch jobs for bottom products and distributes materials to those locations
Other duties may be assigned as required

Education And Experience Requirements

Requires either a high school diploma (AA/BA/BS preferred) and 1-5 years of experience in inventory handling or equivalent years of relative experience in administrative support and/or data entry.

Preferred Skills And Abilities

Organizational skills, good with numbers, proficient with Microsoft suite along with project control and ERP software/systems
