Prostaff is working with a well known energy company in Avon, Minnesota! We are looking for a Temp Supply Chain Assistant working for a technical and administrative support in the Supply Chain Department. This is a day position, working Monday-Friday looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3-6 month period, possibly longer.
Job Description
Provide technical and administrative support to the Supply Chain Indirect Department. This position requires the initiative and assertiveness to act as an agent for buyers and supply chain personnel.
Job Duties
Provides administrative support to the Indirect Supply Chain Department and other supply chain areas with regarding requirements, drafting/proofing sourcing and purchase order documents.
Uploading information into various software systems and databases.
Coordinating various project and corporate related meetings, assisting with document submittals.
Support general office filing and document management.
Prepares and arranges documents to support purchase order generating
Job Requirements
Two years of administrative experience needed.
Computer and office skills
Two-year post high school degree and/or on-the-job experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook),
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must be detail orientated.
Good time management skills, be able to multitask with frequent changes, and the ability to work independently.
Ability to learn new software systems in a timely fashion. Knowledge of JD Edwards E1, Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
Be a team player and have good interpersonal skills.
Able to maintain confidential information, and act in a professional demeanor.
Hours And Pay
Full Time Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay is $19.00-22.00 per hour potential for more here depending on experience
