Job Responsibilities For Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Activities of daily living: bathing, changing, dressing
Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices as necessary
Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
Home Management Tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.

Qualifications Required For Personal Care Assistants (PCA)

Minimum of 1 year verifiable adult caregiving experience or LNA license
OR participate in our one week, comprehensive free Direct Care Worker training course
