The ideal candidate is an ambassador of the company’s high-end products, liaises closely with our main Airline Clients, and always puts the customer first. The ideal candidate ensures that the assigned flights are delivered according to the customer’s requirements, in the most efficient way, timely manner to satisfy the quality standard of the company. Acts as the main point of contact for the airline on day-to-day operational issues and their resolution. knows flight specifications and inflight offerings and is the point of contact for production and volume analysis.
Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:
- Always has the customer satisfaction in mind
- Be the day-to-day contact for the customer, know the specifications.
- Assist airlines to determine the operational need for service delivery and interpreting their requirements.
Product Focus :
- Be an ambassador of Product Quality.
- Know the Product, the customer feedback and act accordingly.
- Participate in Menu Tasting and potential development activities.
Operational Focus:
- Be able to pack and finalize flights’ provisioning to specification.
- Ensure on-time departure of flights, supervise the processing time to avoid delays and lapses.
- Control together with the tray-setting and food-production departments the timing for the food flow.
- Ensure correct updating of the customer specifications in each consigned department.
Team Focus:
- Manage, motivate, assist flight coordinators, equipment and beverage, and food packer departments.
- Select, train, manage, schedule, develop, discipline, conduct performance appraisals, and counsel team members.
Be an ambassador for all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in airline catering.
- Proficient computer skills (Particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
